Role Overview

• We're in search of a Client Success Manager to join our team, specializing in our event and community-building software solution, FLOOR.bz. The perfect candidate will have experience with SAAS-based products or a strong comfort level with handling technology. We're seeking a true customer fanatic to ensure our client's success and satisfaction. If you're passionate about client relations and thrive in a tech-driven environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customers from onboarding to renewal

• Build and manage strong relationships with key customer stakeholders

• Proactively monitor client retention and customer account health

• Serve as a product expert on use cases and provide customer training

• Interface and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive toward customer goals 

• Provide prompt customer service to ensure client delight and minimal churn

• Follow and create processes that build long-lasting client relationships

• Drive upselling by understanding client requirements and product fit

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

• Ability to adapt and learn new processes quickly.
