Key Responsibilities for  Customer Service Representative

  • Customer service through calls, chats and emails.
  • Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels.
  • Build client and domain knowledge to deliver a resolution on the first conversation.
  • Ensure adherence to client service level agreements like customer satisfaction, service level, handling time and customer effort.
  • Adhere to customer service attendance and accountability policies.
  • Execute query resolution and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Identify, share and operate operational improvements.
  • Maintain internal and client-level delivery quality on calls, chats and email conversations.

Key Responsibilities for  Analyst 

  • Develop a good understanding of real estate private equity funds operations, financial systems, applications and the reporting source data.
  • Prepare and review customized investor reporting templates for all real estate fund groups.
  • Review management fee calculations.
  • Review audit confirm reports and CAS statements.
  • Participate in process documentation efforts and the creation of SOPs.
  • Identify process gaps and initiate process improvement projects.
  • Ad-hoc requests.

Key Responsibilities for Research Associate 

  • Prepare compelling research materials related to prospects, competitors, industry trends etc.
  • Deliver high-quality and timely output to the client requests in a pre-defined format.
  • Interpret data, provide analysis, formulate reports and make recommendations.
  • Develop a good understanding of business and the industry that we thrive in.
  • Work under minimal supervision on regular tasks.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
  • Proficient in computer usage and basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • 5-day working week.
  • Collaborative environment.
  • Performance-based.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understands customer requirements and advises customers on solution options.
