- Representing Revolut online at all times.
- Collaborating with other teams internationally to tackle any customer issues.

- Providing our users with an outstanding customer experience. Our mission is to make Revolut users feel secure while using our service.
- Collaborating with other teams internationally to tackle any customer's issues.
- Managing and overseeing the company's Facebook, Twitter, Trust-Pilot accounts and more.
- Monitoring and moderating the Revolut community page.
- Publicly representing the company in front of hundreds of thousands of users.
- Interacting with users via direct messages and assisting them with issues they stumble upon (retail and business products).
- Multi-tasking between social media platforms.
Required Skills
- Flawless English Language.
- Native or fluent Hindi Language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex issues easily and understandably.
- Strong writing skills, great numeracy and IT skills.
