• Analytics - Associate Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and deliver reports accordingly.

• Collect data from various sources such as PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, Cognos, and ServiceNow, applying statistical techniques and data mining methods to analyze large datasets.

• Produce and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reports under tight deadlines.

• Verify the accuracy and integrity of data through rigorous testing and validation procedures.

• Review data to detect any data integrity issues, such as illogical results.

• Effectively collaborate and communicate with the Canadian onshore team.

• Adhere to SLA and quality standards in delivering scheduled and ad-hoc reports to clients.

• Research and analyze existing reports to build process efficiency through standardization and automation.

• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to impart process and reporting knowledge to the team.

• Prepare and update SOP documents for assigned reports.

• Serve as a backup resource for standard and ad-hoc reports published by the team.           

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 4.5 - 6 LPA (Expected)

• Freshers (0 - 1 Years)
