Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the bank in attaining customer advocacy by comprehensively grasping both internal and external technology customer needs. Analyze, refine, synthesize, translate, and ensure documentation in a universally understandable format for all stakeholders.
- Aid others in expressing ideas and requirements in the necessary team format, such as use cases, user journeys. user stories, and illustrations.
- Assume responsibility for the team's outcomes in identifying and delivering systems, solutions, and features.
- Generate business requirements to guide future state design, while assisting teams in understanding the requirements and their alignment with the overall strategy.
- Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to capture, validate, and document business and system requirements. Ensure alignment with key strategic principles and translation from business operations. objectives, or external requirements.
- Engage with customers, key stakeholders, and the team to gather and document functional and non-functional needs.
