Responsibilities
- Offers ongoing technical assistance to staff regarding network infrastructure, internal desktop systems software, and hardware.
- Installs, configures and resolves issues with desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network problems in a diverse environment.
- Manages passwords, ensures data integrity, and maintains file system security with the desktop environment.
- Communicate complex technical details effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Recommends appropriate hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
